Teaching is audiovisual and employs a theory-to-practice approach at the highest scientific level. The majority of the classes is imparted by the Plastic, Aesthetic, Reconstructive and Craniofacial Surgeon, Colonel Abelardo Guzmán Peláez. Diverse modalities are offered to complete the program in nine months or one and a half years with the option of attending classes once, twice or four times a week. A certification or a Master’s degree is awarded depending on the program.
The director and regular teacher of the academic program has the following curriculum:
- Graduate of the Medical Military as first place of its generation.
- Specialized in General Surgery in the Military Hospital of Guadalajara, Plastered
- Specialized in Plastic Surgery in the Institute of Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery of Jalisco
- Specialized in Surgery Cráneomaxilofacial in the Universitary Regional Hospital Center of Nancy, France.
- Specialized in aesthetic surgery in the Universitary Regional Hospital Center of Nancy, France
- Professor of multiple National and International Congresses of Plastic Surgery Reconstructive Surgery and Surgery Cráneomaxilofacial.
